Adapted from Patricia Highsmith’s seminal novel, The Price of Salt, CAROL tells the story of Therese, a young woman working as a clerk in a Manhattan department store, who is instantly enthralled when she meets Carol, an elegant older married woman. Starring Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara, the film is swoon inducing with its attention to detail and seductive use of cinematography. Let Andro and Eve whisk you away to a world of glove lunches and period glamour. 1950’s fancy dress encouraged!
