First announcement of the season! We’ve got the phenomonal Nabokov theatre starting us off with a bang with SLUG.
We’re sure this is going to be a massive hit so make sure you catch it whilst it’s in Sheffield. Expect a mash up of music and storytelling in this new show pushing gender boundaries and exploring sexual identity.
Nabokov are a cross art form, narrative-led company who use different mediums to tell contemporary and political stories.
Since 2001 nabokov has hosted an extraordinarily diverse programme of work around the UK and internationally, premiering the work of over 1,000 artists. We have produced and curated vibrant artistic events at venues and festivals around the country, as well as touring premiere flagship productions. Ours is a narrative-led company that embraces the innovation, complexity and diversity of the 21st century.

Who would you pretend to be if it meant pleasing the one you love?
Jay loves Anna, but Anna loves the idea of someone Jay can never be.
Inspired by and in reaction to a true story and the press coverage surrounding it, SLUG examines what it means to be a woman in a man’s world.
Limited early birds available for £8, then £12 and £10.
